Production Operator Shifts Openings Job in Branchburg, New Jersey US
We need 1 st shift, 2 nd shiftand 3 rd shift coverage.
1 st shift hours are 6am - 2:30pm,
2 nd shift hours are 2:30pm - 11pm
3 rd shift hours are 10pm - 6:30am
SUMMARY:
The ProductionOperator Iis responsible for 1) assisting in the manufacturing of tissue based products for the regenerative market, 2) demonstrating steady progress and willingness to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area, 3) following instructions of the Group Leader/Supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production, 4) being trained in clean room operations, aseptic technique, working with bio-hazardous material, and 5) sanitation of clean room facilities as required.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observes and monitors the quality of raw finished goods before, during and after production
- Assists with freeze-drying procedures, packaging, labeling activities of final product
- Records information on batch records, equipment and cleaning logs, and other documents.
- Operates heat sealers, freeze-dryers, and computers to enter data and generate reports.
- Enters data in Oracle files
- Maintains inventory of processing supplies
- Responsible for the sanitization of the facility
- Complies with cGMP's and ISO requirements where applicable in the facility
- Assist in the training of new employees
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
a) BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing cleanroom environment
b) OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP's
- Demonstrated ability to meet all performance aspects of the job including: following work instructions, meeting attendance standards, meeting safety standards and comprehending standard operating procedures.
- Must have willingness to learn all equipment and jobs in the assigned labeling and packaging area.
