Provide daily job starts and schedule adjustments to multiple manufacturing teams.
*Monitor production build activity to planned job completion requirements with manufacturing team leaders.
*Assist, participate, and lead in continuous improvement process improvement activities.
*Interact with other functional groups on a daily basis to solve any issues relating to customer deliverables.
*Apply planning and process knowledge to elevate constraint limitations accelerating process throughput capabilities.
*Plan, schedule and execute customer orders to meet business objectives.
*Identify and communicate risks and opportunities associated with achievement of production plans.
*Assess the impact of engineering change orders and execute changes as required.
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Desired Requirements - APICS Certification, SAP experience
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
Skills Required:
*Familiarity with principles of lean manufacturing such as continuous flow production, point of use inventory, kanban in a build to order manufacturing environment.
*Working knowledge of a SAP operating system, ability to manage operating system parameters to maximize service level and limit operating expenses.
*Competency with office productivity tools: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, power, Word.
*Excellent communication skills (both written verbal); ability to interface with personnel at all levels throughout the business.
*Demonstrated analytical skills, flexible attitude adapting to change, and ability to re-plan.
