We are currently seeking the following full time positions:

Production Planner/Buyer

The Production Planner/Buyer is responsible for production planning and coordinating purchase of materials for efficient labor/capacity planning and inventory control. Read and analyze technical drawings, manufacturing orders, and production scheduling in Fox Pro system. Monitor production progress and provide updates to appropriate departments to coordinate schedule adjustments, troubleshoot and resolve unexpected issues, and deal accordingly with adjustments to delivery as necessary. Coordinate with sales, engineering and production to ensure compliance to contract delivery dates. Develop metrics, schedules, and reports and analyze data compiled to improve production performance and inventory management. Select, negotiate, and approve daily purchase orders for parts, services, and supplies. Monitor daily standard POÅfs (Spot buys, OEM compliance, RFQÅfs, Equipment, etc.). Manage supplier relationships. Ideal candidate must be results oriented with ability to interact well with all levels of the organization, vendors, and general public. Maintain compliance with all Company policies. Technical Associates Degree/Military equivalent in electrical/ mechanical sciences plus (2) yr + experience in a production scheduling or purchasing position in a manufacturing environment required. Bachelors in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Purchasing Buyer

The Purchasing Buyer is responsible to carryout administrative functions and record keeping for the purchasing department. Maintain an accurate vendor list. Enter information in material management system to track history, pricing and delivery status for all materials and transactions. Verify delivery accuracy, completion of terms for all purchases, and process accounts payable invoices. Perform and document bids on all necessary purchase orders. Call vendors for pricing, expediting, delivery, billing, and maintain excellent vendor relationships. Maintain office supplies and kitchen supplies inventory. Complete various administrative tasks as assigned. Provide training to employees as needed. Ideal candidate must be results oriented with ability to interact well with all levels of the organization, vendors, and general public. Performs all required tasks with attention to quality and accuracy. Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures. H.S. Diploma required. Previous experience in an office support (purchasing, accounts payable, receptionist) role preferred.
