Involved in developing and maintaining ITIL service management process, leading teams and reviewing service availability and performance.

Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in leading Production Support team ( preferably Fixed Income) in a regional capacity of a global team.
- Working knowledge of Fixed Income products (Rates, Credit,FX, etc.)
- Strong Unix skills
- Database knowledge experience : Sybase
- ITIL experience is a must.
- Can lead from the front and able to fully manage and run a major incident or global outage
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work towards tight deadlines.
- Able to handle a fast paced trading environment.
- Autosys set up, configuration And strong SQL knowledge to troubleshoot DB issues is preferred.
