Product/Project Manager, OTC Clearing recruitment

Key activities:

Own and drive the Target Business Design (the Vision, Current State and all planned deliveries)
Establish and protect the integrity of the interim, and target end state designs
Own and syndicate design principles
Drive cross functional design sessions to resolve key architectural issues to deliver the target business and technical architecture
Own and run front to back phased delivery design sign off review sessions to ensure fit to Target Operating Model
Own and build a capacity model for the front to back business processes
Ensure a structured cross functional front to back test approach is in place for all product releases
Business analysis for programme wide design questions (eg account structure)

Essential Experience

Strong OTC credit and rates business and operational process experience at an investment bank (employee or supplier);
Experience across trade lifecycle for OTC products and OTC Clearing;
Experience managing IT delivery as a process owner or project lead.
