This position will involve preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements, cost reporting, budget preparations, financial reporting schedules and more... Description -Meet deadlines with well analyzed documentation -Prepare and communicate monthly and weekly financial statements, labor reports, invoicing and quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs) -Prepare cost reporting documentation to support customer requested reports, to include CPR and CFSR in support of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). - Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines -Participate in preparation of budgets for all contract work and perform and or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis. -Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government Requirements -Bachelor's Degree (in Finance, Business or related field -1 to 3 years related experience; more preferred. NOTE: EVMS or CostPoint experience preferred -Finance or related work in a manufacturing environment strong preferred -Demonstrated command of MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint and Word -Able to obtain Secret Clearance which requires US Citizenship as a pre-requisite Desired -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; works well in a team environment -Strong analytical skills -Commitment to accuracy -Motivation and ability to work independently ATK is on the move.
