Program Delivery Manager – FX recruitment
Essential Skills: strong team leading and man management skills; proven experience managing a technology delivery function within an investment bank; good knowledge of the FX business; strong experience working on projects covering the front to bank trade workflow; ability to still deliver as a PM and carry out analysis as and when necessary across the program.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic technology function that delivers a range of projects across the whole of FX technology that supports pricing, electronic markets and other trading functions. Although the role will cover a range of projects from the front to the back office, the main focus will be on a number of front office initiatives, but you will have a full FTB view on delivery.
The team will have one or more projects that are their main focus but it will be your responsibility to manage the delivery of these projects across the various business streams. A key example of a project that the team is currently working on is the overhaul of a number of trading systems and tools for the FX sport and forward desks.
This is an exciting role for a Senior Project / Program Delivery manager who is strong man manager as well as still be able to deliver their own projects and analysis, within the FX world.
