B/E Aerospace's Commercial Aircraft Segment is seeking energetic, self-starters for the position of Program Manager at our Lenexa, KS facility. At our Lenexa site we manufacture and assemble a wide selection of passenger and crew oxygen storage and delivery systems. This position is responsible for managing the activities of the product lines/projects/programs involving department or cross-functional teams and focuses on delivery within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Other responsibilities include: Monitoring the product line/program/project from initiation through delivery Reviewing project proposals or plans to determine time frame, fuding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project Recommending business and operational goals and ensuring operation meets the goals Conferring with project staff to outline work plans and responsibilities Coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget Compiling status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required: prepares project reports for senior management, clients or others Conferring with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
