Main Function
This person will be responsible for training and management of Analyst and Associate Programs in Global Markets. The role requires partnering with internal business clients, HR colleagues, and external vendors, to facilitate Analyst and Associate acclimation to the work place, knowledge and skill development, career progression, and compensation..
Main Duties
- Lead efforts related to the Initial Training Program (ITP) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program for Analysts and Associates.
- Develop relationships with training vendors; assess cost-efficiency and deliver cost-effective training programs.
- Identify, develop and execute new initiatives to continuously improve the quality of programs delivered to business managers and Analysts and Associates
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with business clients (Graduates and Global Markets managers) and HR colleagues.
- Provide ongoing performance and career guidance to Graduates
- Partner with HR Client Relationship Team on Graduate compensation, mobility, and performance management.
Person Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- BA Degree
- 4+ years work experience, preferably in Program Management, Campus Recruiting, Learning and Development or front office experience in Sales Trading or Investment Banking.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience managing complex projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to engage employees at all management levels.
