Program Manager, Globals recruitment
The Global Program Management is part of a dedicated global team responsible for delivering on revenues and customer satisfaction for one or two of our largest clients as part of our top tier client group identified as "Globals".
The Program Manager coordinates with the global account team for regular reviews and presentations on new propositions. The person needs to be able to navigate the internal processes to quickly bring global deals together by reaching out to legal, commercial, customer administration, global accounts and business units to deliver on our commitments and seek approvals for creative enterprise solutions. The person will be directly involved in defining new global agreements and packaging creative solutions to grow market share, retain revenues and simplify our relationship with the client. The Program Manager will help pull the relevant data together to produce the annual strategic business plan for each account. The team will have direct engagement with the account and will develop relationships with global managers in the account responsible for the Thomson Reuters relationship and delivery of enterprise solutions. The Program Manager will be responsible to help resolve problems identified by the account in areas like invoicing, contracts and reconciliation of accounts and declaration of services relative to billing.

Skills
Required Skills and Experience :
- The Program Manager must have sufficient knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP to troubleshoot problems and help the team accomplish our delivery promises with the client.
- Detailed oriented and have strong project management skills to help lead the global team across time-zones.
- Minimum MBA or CFA qualification.

- Multi Tasking capabilities and organizational skills to manage global projects across time-zones.
- Maintains close working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Deals with client line staff at global management level.
- Can be trusted to develop relationships with senior clients, key stakeholders and project teams.
