Program Manager Infrastructure Change recruitment
The Program Manager, will lead and manage transformational initiatives and be responsible for the overall delivery of a portfolio of programs.
- Responsible for managing overall plan, quality, delivery and costs of the portfolio of programs
- Manage a team of experienced Program Managers, either directly or dotted line reports
- Responsible for communicating status to the business sponsor of the portfolio
- Create and manage detailed project plans, will track to milestones, will resolve issues and escalate as needed.
- Drive projects to successful completion on time and on budget. Responsible for all levels of project status
The succesful candidate will bring extensive experience of leading complex, business change initiatives, the program manager will:
- Meet with business leaders to formulate a deep understanding of how the portfolio can support the business drivers and where current constraints lie
- Create an overall implementation roadmap, showing how change programs will deliver the portfolio
- Plan, mobilize and execute the implementation roadmap
- Manage large, complex projects that cut across many lines of the organization.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in Business and IT.
- Drive through issues, break-down barriers, build teams to deliver excellence in Program Execution.
Applicants will need to have significant experience of IT functions, processes and principles in a financial services organization, Proven experience managing complex projects and programs, Experience and organizational credibility gained from successful hands-on delivery of change the bank programs, Demonstrable experience of either IT line or change-the-bank roles, Extensive leadership, strategic and execution level experience combined with a strong record of delivering results and impact and strong negotiating, influencing and change management skills.
Six Sigma Certification will also be advantageous
