POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager is primarily responsible for aiding the overall sales initiative for our flagship brands including Goo Gone, Homax, Magic, Natural Magic, Stone Care International, and Tile Guard. The Program Manager supports all aspects of the day to day business with our customer base, not limited to Lowes, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Target. The Program Manger will communicate regularly with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Accounting on issues regarding our customers, while managing sales analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Generate and maintain all necessary paperwork to support Lowes and other customers (i.e. setup sheets, weekly POS reports, monthly purchase reports, monthly performance reports, various buyer specific reports, promotional forms, advertising forms, sku maintenance, product listings, org. charts, program details).
· Coordinating sales presentations, projects, and meetings with internal and external customers to include sales, marketing, and operations. .
· Participate in regularly scheduled “stock-out” and SOP meetings and communicate issues (inventory or other).
· Identifying and assessing areas of improvement and recommending corrective measures to upper management to mitigate losses.
· Responsible for creating and analyzing forecasts and sales reports.
· Prepares ad hoc reports to support business analysis, extracts data from database and internal systems for analysis.
· Maintain/Create point of purchase (POP) materials and assist with training manuals
· Update the Event Forecast on a weekly basis to allow internal planning functions ample time to react.
· Obtain and distribute vendor report cards and various sales reports for our customers to necessary contacts within the Homax Group
· Develop and manage budget process for customer base.
· Understand how to use JDE and be able to perform tasks such as tracking new store orders, purchase orders and shipments.
· Assist the Homax Canada team with information and support for Lowes Canada and Walmart Canada account.
· Lead and organize retailer’s initiatives such as Big Hammer, Data One Sync, and Dotcom business for Lowes and Walmart.
· Demonstrates knowledge of retail as related to merchandising, logistics, and assortment planning.
· Develops and manages revenue projections and communicating with appropriate personnel to analyze needs, tracking budgetary verses actual performance.
· Assist with coordinating customer presentations and planograms.
· Proficiency or mastery of Lowe’s Vendor DART.
· Manage any travel and expenses in a responsible manner
· Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the supervision, training and mentorship of Sales Analyst.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures/reports/documents, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of employees and clients.
Reasoning and/or Critical Thinking Ability (Select one of the following)
The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction. Constructive thinking and alternative short- to long-term solutions must be considered. Action plans must be developed and implemented.
COMPUTER SKILLS (Select one of the following)
• Advanced ability to operate computers and related software programs.
• Working knowledge of Sales POS systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
