Adecco Engineering Technical is currently recruiting for a PROGRAM MANAGER for our client located in MIAMI-DADE. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity within a growing, financially stable, international company. In this role you will: Manage the activities of product lines / projects / programs involving department or cross-functional teams. Focus on delivery within prescribed time fame and funding parameters. Monitor the product line / program / project from initiation through delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project; reports findings to management. Recommend business and operational goals; ensures operation meets the goals. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and responsibilities. Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Compile status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required; prepare project reports for management, client, or others. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Perform other related duties as required. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING PROGRAMS IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and minimum five years related experience and/or training. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
