Raytheon Australia has been contracted by the Defence Science and Technology Organisation to provide Maintenance, Operation and Support to the Defence Experitmentation Airborne Platform (DEAP) aircraft, VH-EMI. Raytheon Australia provides and mamnages engineering resources for design and integration for the program and provides pilots and maintenance staff for continuing operation of the DEAP aircraft. DEAP MOS provides these services throughout Australia and around the world (as necessary) but is based from the Albatross Aviation Technology Park in the Shoalhaven Region on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management or Engineering
- RegPM Qualification or higher with AIPM (or ability to achieve)

You should also possess:
- High level of technical ability and confidence with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of professionals with a focus on customer service

Experience essential for this role includes:
- Previous experience in the management of projects at ACAT IV level or higher
- Experience in the management of projects within the Defence Industry
- Experience in the management of projects within a quality framework
Civil aviation operations expeirence (operations and/or engineering and/or maintenance)
