Service Incidents may occur in these globally connected, mission-critical systems. The position is on the Office 365 Customer Experience Team focused on Service Health working and driving the processes for communicating Service Incidents in a timely, informative and accurate manner - information which is critical for internal stakeholders and customers around the world. Responsibilities would include: - Driving and enabling the cross-team Service Incident processes forward in a consistent, timely, constructive and positive manner. - Measurable contributions toward the evolution of the Service Health Dashboard, internal and external communications driving increased customer and partner satisfaction. - Optimizing our processes to operate smooth, efficient and timely manner at scale. - Driving consistency in the definition and instantiation of key performance indicators related to Service Incident communications from inception to resolution. - Engaging with the other Office 365 and related workload teams to share best practices, create common processes to provide Microsoft's cloud customers with a consistent experience across the services which are appropriate for the audience and product offering. - Working through key issues related to global communication, localization. Key talents: - You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity - open to rapid iterations, continuous learning and adapting to changing conditions. - Able to work in a highly complex environment with many moving parts which are globally dispersed. - Technically adept with networking, server, client, device and related technologies. - Able to work in a small team driving engagement with large teams. Proficient at creating and presenting new ideas in a compelling way to mixed audiences and executive staff. - Must be able to define, analyze and interpret business performance data and create key performance indicator to ensure goals and objectives are met. - Must be a person with a team-oriented, positive attitude. Relationship management is a key success factor in this role. - Honest, trustworthy, accountable with high integrity. Personal/Professional Skill Requirements: - 8 years of commercial software product development experience. 7 years as a program manager. - Proven track record delivering cross organization results in a highly matrixed model, building camaraderie, understanding other's real needs, managing highly effective virtual teams, and sustaining strong partnerships within and outside the organization. - Attention to process and flawless execution with strong organizational, planning and analytical experience. - Ability to drive consensus, influence leadership, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders. - Experience with mission critical business applications highly desirable. Cloud experience preferred. - Experience in working with engineering teams - required. Experience in working with marketing, field and customers - highly desired. - Bachelor's or Master's degree MOD:O365
