Broadway Job Details: - Bachelor's - 5 years The Program Manager for Workplace Risk Assessment (WRA) process for Johns Hopkins Institutions is responsible for overall coordination and management of all administrative, operational, investigative and research functions of the WRA process. WRA Program Manager oversees the multidisciplinary team, responsible for the Safe Hopkins initiatives. Responsible for ongoing development, coordination and management of incoming inquiries, investigations and responding to complaints involving: . Bullying . Stalking . Acts of violence (intimate partner/domestic, workplace, sexual, etc.). . Other behaviors of concern that may impact the work environment(s) of the JH Institutions. Creates and maintains management level relationships with the various JH Institutions to ensure coordinated efforts and priorities. Assists the Sr. Director of FASAP in building communication, operational and planning bridges among the consortium of members of the Risk Assessment Team (RAT)
