Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services, Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) in Mauston, has a full-time vacancy for a Policy Program Analyst-Advanced Management. This position will function as our Quality Assurance Coordinator. This position is responsible for designing and monitoring Quality Management (QM) studies at SRSTC and at Division levels; collecting, compiling, and communicating data; and analyzing study results. This position assists in developing facility policies, procedures, and strategies that improve the quality of care and quality of life experienced by patients. This position provides data and information to facility management, as well as to Division and Department leadership, as requested, on emerging quality issues; provides QM consultation and training to programs and staff, advocacy groups and consumers, and as requested to State Legislators. This position contributes to the synthesis and analysis of multi-disciplinary QM data to inform facility policy on emerging issues. The responsibilities of this position entail the use of QM and measurement methods; development and completion of complex, specialized QM studies; and the ability to contribute to substantive analysis of the studies
SALARY: The starting salary for this position is between $45,990 and $75,885 per year, plus excellent benefits.
