Program Trading Execution Trader
Job Responsibilities:
- To support the existing PT business and contributing to the build out of the platform and products in Asia
- Develop solid understanding of market structure of various asset classes, internal execution algorithms and trade flow process
- To receive purchase and sales orders from the sales force, and make sure that the orders are being treated equitable with the best interest of clients
- Monitor the execution algorithms, trading systems and assist the algorithms in the unforeseen events
- Provide inputs to algo quants in improving the algorithms
- Developing good relationship with clients/broker/exchange electronic trading desks, managing flows from risk management and operational perspective
Job Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent
- 4 -6 years of experience in handling and managing all aspects of PT orders
- Strong understanding of equity markets in Asia
- Existing buy side relationships and a book of business is an advantage
- Possess of relevant SFC license
- Outgoing, excellent teamwork and be able to work under pressure
- Good command of English is essential with knowledge of Mandarin and/or Japanese an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in Algo/DMA trading
