Programme Manager
Major banking organisation require a highly experienced Programme Manager to shape, plan, lead, manage and deliver a large regulatory programme of work. The Regulatory Programme Manager will have strong knowledge of current global regulatory mandates in the financial services industry and understand the technology implications of supporting those mandates. The programme manager will be responsible for planning and managing multiple projects and defining establishing appropriate governance structures.
The ideal candidate will have experience presenting to senior audiences, running large programs, defining transparent delivery schedules, managing risks and issues and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven Programme Management skills, leading execution of large scale change programmes, across multiple functional areas
• Proven track record in the delivery of business transformational change
• Takes a structured and logical approach to change delivery, whilst maintaining a sharp focus on the delivery of the business benefits. Maintains the highest standards of transparency and control throughout the change lifecycle and ensures that all stakeholders are fully engaged and communicated with effectively across all elements of the Programme
• A proven and effective communicator and stakeholder manager
