Programme Manager, Change Agent, Reference Data, Investment Bank
Programme manager required to deliver Reference Data solutions across a leading investment bank. The scope of services and data domains within this department include client onboarding, KYC, issuer, client instrument reference data within an agile environment. This is an incredible important area of the organisation which is going through an exciting period of change. All data processes and data platforms have been assessed and pitted onto one Operating Model for the entire bank and they are looking to further cement their position as one of the leaders within Reference data by launching multiple initiatives this year. This includes strategic entablement by sorting out business processes and the architecture within this operating model.
You will be the Programme Manager and Change Agent responsible for a direct $3 million budget and leading a team of 30 resources. Also, you will be re-engineering the reference data solution and be the primary liaison across the business and technology area. A number of key programme of work have been mobilised to address key gaps in the data strategy front to back and cross divisionally across the bank.
Essential:
- Project / programme management experience within the financial services sector
- Strong domain knowledge around Reference Data
- Leadership and mentoring skills over a large team
- Delivery management experience of projects with a budget in excess of $2 million
- Ability to working within an Agile environment
- Experience of full software and project lifecycles from projects planning, requirements gathering, development, change management and deliver.
