Programme Manager – Execution & Delivery focused – Investment/Wholesale Banking – Credit & Rates OTC Derivative
We’re looking for a Programme Manager who is keen to embark on a business-critical Programme of work with the prospect of having investment from our client in form of professional training/qualificationsand a structured career path with responsibility of both CTB and RTB resources and work streams.
The role sits within our clients Credit and Rates Business which will require the Programme Manager to work in partnership with Front Office stakeholders and other cross-functional Business Project/Programme resources.
The selected Programme Manager will inherit a team of up to 15 Change-the-bank resources and will have full responsibility of the Programme spend and budget – currently £15 million.
To be successful for this role, applicants must have:
Structured, end-to-end Programme Management skills and a track record of working within the Investment Banking domain; supported with a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, in addition - a track record of managing both CTB/RTB resources and a career history of managing Programme budgets.
Preferred product/vendor system experience includes: experience of Repo, Martini, and Summit. It is also desirable that the selected Programme Manager will have a history of working on: Clearing, Derivatives flow, ETD, Collateral Optimisation, CVA / RWA
