IT Programme Manager- Finance IT-Investment Banking
Our client, a tier 1 Investment bank is seeking a Programme Manager with strong development background and proven track record of end to end delivery. Within this key role you will be responsible for;
- Project planning, risk and issue management and status reporting
- Matrix management of resources
- Budget management
- Stakeholder management
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects within Banking
- Strong understanding of Investment banking products, ideally Finance IT or Middle Office [ good to have not essential)
- Good understanding of front to back data flows
- Experience of managing complex projects from conception to implementation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven risk mitigation, issue management and dependency management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong MS Office, Visio, Project
- People management skills
