Programme Manager – Investment Bank – Hong Kong recruitment
Working with the Finance group as part of the Futures business, you will be responsible for the delivery of a large scale delivery for initiatives around clearing.
Job Description:-
*Creating a governance framework for the project including sign off processes and steering committees
*Working with the business to bring together finance, operations and technology
*Creation of the target operating model for the business
*Working with other groups to create forums for shared ideas
*Ultimate delivery of the project to timescales and to budget
Skills Required:-
*Experience working as a programme manager or programme director in a complex project environment
*Experience working within investment banking, especially around projects in finance, futures or clearing
*Any experience working with Exchanges would be particularly beneficial
*Very strong stakeholder management skills; it is expected that the successful candidate will possess the skills and experience to face off to Executive level managers and bring together groups within the business
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role.
