Programme Manager MNC FI $1.2 million 6mth contract-perm recruitment
The Company
A multi-national financial institution is urgently looking for a Programme Manager for their regional new business project, initially on a 6 months contract to permanent.
The Role
As a Programme Manager, you will report into the COO of the business, partner with the CEO and CFO, and engage in the following:
- Manage a team of project managers
- Provide strategy for the project
- Provide direction of the project
- Supervising the project managers and providing leadership to them
- Reporting the project status
- Manage relationships with client and key stakeholders
- Providing resolution for any problems encountered
- Manage and mitigate risk
Your Profile
To qualify as a Programme Manager for this role, you have:
- At least 15 years of solid project manager experience with at least 5 years of Programme Management experience managing large regional (if not global) projects is mandatory
- Use to working at a Programme Manager level with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Extensive financial services experience and knowledge
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Cantonese and mandarin not mandatory)
- Hold a professional qualification in project management and/or MBA
- Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first
