Programme Manager / PMO (ChangePoint) – Financial Services recruitment
Role:
- Initiate central repository for project information.
- Perform the manual part of the management information and project data migration.
- Provide explanation on any unexpected changes between our current tool and the new one.
- Provide additional reporting to management enabling their decision making process.
- Prepare and deliver training to French stakeholders.
- Explain quality expectations and requirements to all stakeholders.
- Support to French teams during the migration phase of the tool.
- Support to Project and Skill Leaders from normal running mode.
Projects Contribution
- Support on ChangePoint Program (Resource Management, Project Reporting)
Your Profile:
Expertise
- Management of project information related to the project lifecycle
- Knowledge about Project Life Cycle and Methods would be appreciated
Tools
- Mandatory : Good level of knowledge of our new tool for planning tracking : ChangePoint (Compuware)
- Knowledge of our current tools would be appreciated : PSN.
- Other knowledge or skills around Project Management and Organisation would be appreciated.
- Microsoft office tools: Word 2003, Excel 2003/2010, Powerpoint 2003
Languages
- French : full fluent
- English : a good level both written and oral
