Programme Manager recruitment
Our client is a leading Global full service Financial Institution with a reputation for excellence and client service. Having ended 2011 and begun 2012 in a strong trading fashion they are keen to ensure that this success is developed further over the coming 18 months. With this in mind they are currently seeking to retain the services of a strong Programme Manager to lead and champion 2 specific projects over the coming 18 - 24 Months.
Some of the major responsibilities are as follows:
- Delivery the EMEA BASEL III compliance project and manage a related system integration project spanning 3 countries and 7 systems with complex inter dependencies.
- Work closely with senior technology and finance managers and understand business and technology strategies.
- Continue to manage internal development and external vendor delivery.
- Manage large scale Finance Change projects with specific attention to the regulatory side of these projects
- Ensure buy in and cooperation from all relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular departmental reviews in order to achieve specific goals
We are seeking to short list relevant candidates with a strong Programme Management background who can demonstrate core competencies that cover Project Planning, Issue Tracking and Resolution, Budget Tacking, Management up as well as down and business analysis.
The successful candidate will have gained at least 10 years Financial Services experience with at least 5 of those years at Senior Project/Programme management level. You will have well rounded communication and presentation skills coupled with the enthusiasm and drive to see such a project through.
