Programme Managers – Large Business Change – Insurance recruitment
Our client, a multi-brand market leader in the insurance sector, is seeking to hire numerous change analysts, project managers, programme managers and business architects in its efforts to build a new business change function.
The new 50+ person function will be responsible for driving large and complex business transformation programmes originated through both strategic investment and mandatory regulatory change.
The team will work closely with key senior business stakeholders in the delivery of major change programmes which currently include
- £100m+ integration/separation
- £150m+ process change – business and technology
- Global regulatory change initiative
There is an immediate need for business change professionals of all levels of experience. The organisation is keen to meet with change specialists with experience of delivering into any area of the financial services markets either working directly within the sector or through a recognised management consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and building a new change delivery capability for an international financial services organisation. It is an opportunity to have pivotal role in the delivery of the most high profile programmes within the sector.
