Programme Office Manager (PMO) recruitment
Group Human Resources (HR) are responsible for recruiting, motivating, engaging, developing and rewarding all our current and future employees. Our services are provided by Business Partners, project-based HR Consultants and a range of technical specialists, including; Remuneration and Benefits, Policy and Employment, HR Shared Services, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Group Talent (Group Resourcing and Group Organisational Effectiveness).
Infrastructure and Change manages and delivers the Group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR. We are also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions.
As Programme Office Manager (PMO), you'll have the opportunity to develop your portfolio management skills, and drive the division forward during a time of major change. You'll work on current programmes including: Pay and Deferred Awards, Divestments and the HR Change Programme (""Making it Easy""). You'll have accountability for ensuring design and quality assurances are met. Additionally, you'll manage the delivery of Group HR infrastructure related services including Pay and Pension Support, Business Incident Management and Test Release Management. As well as typical PMO level responsibilities, you'll manage work requests that come into the PMO, often making challenging decisions.
To be successful as Programme Office Manager (PMO), you'll ideally have previous financial services experience and commercial experience as a Programme Office Manager with portfolio planning experience. In addition you will have strong demonstrable experience of project management methodology.
