This major corporation in NYC has an opening in its Risk Scenario Group for a programmer with professional level Ruby experience. This individual will focus on building infrastructure for stochastic and deterministic scenario generation. These scenarios are used for a wide range of analysis, including economic capital and stress testing, and allow the risk group to analyze and evaluate the firm's global risk exposures, develop the capital plan, and determine risk appetite.
Candidates must have software development experience on Linux and experience with Open Source technologies, as well as intermediate level Oracle experience.
