Project Accountant
A well-respected and established manufacturing organisation in South Devon are currently recruiting a Divisional Project Accountant for a period of 6 months.
Reporting into and providing support to the Divisional Financial Controller the main duties of this role will include:
· Reporting financial information to budget holders and the board, highlighting trends and explaining variances
· Monthly management accounts and quarterly forecast consolidation
· Financial KPI and cash flow reporting
· Assisting on a number of live projects
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a strong financial knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. A background in manufacturing or construction would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a key role for the organisation and the project accountant will assist in the financial decision making process for the company.
