My client, one of the UK's key healthcare providers, specialising in protecting people, reducing risk across infection control and healthcare compliance services beyond clinical waste collection, treatment and disposal; resource management strategies and hazardous waste management programmes. Providing a range of services to NHS trusts, GPs, dentists, pharmaceutical manufacturers, private sector businesses; research companies and many more they are renowned within their field.

Overall Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Outbound Telesales Advisor:
Working as part of the Outbound Telesales team you will be required to pro-actively contact potential new business customers to promote the business products and services, educating customers on each and every interaction.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities of the Graduate Outbound Telesales Advisor:
• Development of sales pipeline through proactive cold call, self-qualified, pre-qualified and re-generated data from company owned records.
• Process all updates to lead/opportunity data in a timely manner
• To ensure all outbound contacts /pipeline updates are logged accurately within CRM system.
• Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance.
• Timely and accurate completion of all documentation and information systems.
• Ensure minimum sales conversion rates, SLA’s and the required ROI levels are achieved
• Work closely with the other team member to ensure daily workflow in order to meet the high level plans/expectations
• Work effectively with other team members/areas of the business
• Achievement of all KPIs on a daily basis
• Develop ongoing relationships with colleagues within the business.
• Ensure all new customer relationships are managed efficiently and long term strategic relations are built

Skills and Competencies of the Graduate Outbound Telesales Advisor:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building qualities.
• Effective listening skills along with excellent communication abilities are a necessity.
• Proven ability to multi-task proficiently in a fast paced and targeted / performance driven environment.
• Quick learner and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on delivery.
• Innovative and dynamic, self-confident and motivated.
• Strong organisational skills and a key team player able to work alone as well as part of a successful team.
• Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and Internet based applications.
