Project Assistant recruitment

Harvey Nash's leading financial services client is looking for a Project Assistant to support their Practice's Project Management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a project administrator to join a dynamic business and gain thorough knowledge of change projects of different shapes and sizes.

Day to day tasks will include controlling project action logs, liaising with internal and external parties, preparing project plans and keeping to the firms information security standards. There is a large administrative aspect to this role, and you will be responsible for arranging meetings, drafting agendas and taking meeting minutes.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
·Experience of liaising with clients both internally and externally
·Experience of effectively managing large workloads
·Proven administrative experience
·Excellent Microsoft skills (Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
·Experience of working on projects within professional services (preferred but not required)

This position will suit a candidate from an administrative background with strong organisational experience and hands on knowledge of coordinating projects. You will have worked independently and as part of a team to organise and assist running projects from start to finish.
