Position Description
Project Control Analyst
* Experience in an analyst role supporting construction projects
* Cost management experience
* Forecasting including cost plan development, performance analysis, preparation of cost and forecasting reports
* Strong understanding of Project Management
* Cost and scheduling variance analysis and ability to create monthly project reports and documentation.
* Experience developing and analyzing project schedules in MS Project including assigning tasks and workloads, budgeting and forecasting
* Strong MS Project skills (2003 or 2007) including scheduling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting etc.
* Strong Excel skills
* Technically savvy, able to troubleshoot software and support various systems.
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
* Bachelor's degree or higher
