Senior Level Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone with extensive customer service and account management background to join our client's organization located in North Phoenix off of I-17. This position will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers in an effective and efficient manner. We are also looking for individuals with very flexible schedules and are committed to 100% customer satisfaction every time! Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls - Responsible for calming down upset customers who are faced with difficult circumstances and offering solutions to them in a timely manner. - Provide information and education to policyholders throughout process - Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt and proper resolution of questions, issues and problems via email and telephone communication - Coordination of all policy terms and follow up throughout the process - Preparing detailed documents for clients and various 3rd parties - Abide by state real estate regulations in providing proper notices - Prompt with returning all voicemail's within 2 hours or less and all emails within the same day - Back-up support to other departments as needed This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidates! $14/hour Benefits available! Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, you will have a consistent 8 hour schedule but must be able to work extended hours when circumstances arise - Excellent Typing, Excel, Word, Outlook experience.....you will be tested before moving forward in the process - At least 3 years of recent customer service in a call center environment REQUIRED! - Customer service with account management skills preferred. - Stable work history with long tenure - Must be MOTIVATED, SELF-STARTER and very DETAIL ORIENTED - Process driven! - Ability to multitask at a high level is expected. - College degree preferred If you are a self-starter who is a highly competent customer service professional that can organize multiple projects and assignments then this is the position for you!
