Primary Job Responsibilities Has comprehensive understanding and application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards. Performs work of complex scope. Works under general direction, participates in setting assignment objectives; plans own task schedule to satisfy objectives; work is reviewed for adequacy on completion. Represents organization as a prime contact, interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters. Maintains project ledgers showing budget line items, commitments, expenditures and forecasts. Ensures the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes, fiscal changes and contingency reallocations: Verifies invoices and their correct holdback, coding, and allocation: Verifies overhead charges and their distribution: Issues project cost reports including forecast final costs and variances: Flags significant projected overruns or underruns: Ensures final payments of hold back on all contracts and closing of accounts upon project completion. Training and Experience 4-6 years of experience required, BA or BS or related experience Other Essential Functions Other Requirements
