Project Coodinator, CTO office recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

                  Establish recurring activity review sessions between Technology Units and the CTO

• Maintain and follow up on key action items noted in CTO level delivery meetings.

• Manage the Technology Group’s Objectives Scorecard, providing monthly summaries of progress and status of deliverables.

• Prepare reports, documents and metrics for review with the CTO and Senior Technology Managers.

• Review performance metrics from each IT group.

• Prepare a monthly “Delivery on Time” report of all open IT initiatives for the CTO.

• Assist on project teams to review, assess and determine new internal support tools for technology support teams.

• Drive and lead Technology Group specific initiatives (internal IT surveys, follow-up activity for new contracts and agreements, support other Senior Manager initiatives as requested).

• Manage the agenda and actions for the Bi-weekly Technology Management Meeting.

• Coordinate group and team functions.

• Work in conjunction with unit Project Managers to consolidate reports and updates into a single view for the CTO.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2-6 years experience in a project management, operations, technology/ or business analysis function.

• General Understanding of SDLC Practices

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a wide range of tasks, take ownership of them, and work them to completion with no supervision

• Comfortable interfacing with Sr. technical staff as well as business and product leaders

• Demonstrated excellent analytical, communication skills (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills

• Previous experience with managing Technology projects/programs
