Project Coordinator - up to £17,000

 

The Role

 

Daisy Communications is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator with strong administrative, project management, and customer service skills, as well as a knowledge of Telecommunications.

 

Objectives

 

As Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:

 

·         To manage and project coordinate all components of the customer order (including lines, calls and Broadband services)

·         To develop and maintain a good working relationship with our customers both internal and external

·         To develop and maintain a good working relationship with Engineers, suppliers and Internal Departments

·         To liaise with customers to ensure they are kept informed of the project progression

·         To arrange Engineer attendances for both site surveys and Installation appointments

·         To liaise with Engineers throughout the day, obtaining progress reports

·         To status check all outstanding work daily.

·         To maintain customer account records on the Company database inputting all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner.

·         To ensure completed projects are passed for invoicing in a timely manor

·         To cover team members duties as and when required.

·         To adhere to company rules and ensure compliance to ISO:9001:2000

·         Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives as defined.

·         Communicate with Internal and external customers via variety of medium including email, fax, letter and telephone.

·         Demonstrate excellent Customer Service at all times

·         To be committed to working as part of an effective team within the Installation Coordination Department

·         To maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times with customers and colleagues

·         To be committed to the principles and practice of continuous professional development and to undertake additional training to meet individual and organisational needs.

·         To work within the Daisy Values and ensure these are delivered

·         To follow Health Safety procedures set out by the Company in order to ensure the safety of you, your colleagues and others and adhere to Health and Safety Policy of site on.

·         To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as required and appropriate to the level of this post

·         Acting as an ambassador to position the company's reputation as a leading and respected employer

 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

 

·         An ability to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; be an effective communicator across all levels of the organization

·         An ability to demonstrate excellent customer focus and care

·         To have a keen eye for detail

·         Good organizational and administrative skills

·         Must be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team with limited guidance

·         Must be computer literate, particularly Excel, Word and data entry into databases and basic level internet and email.

·         Previous or Existing Knowledge of Telecommunications is desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.
