Project Coordinator Job in Sutton, Home Counties UK

The largest secure solutions company in the world is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Cash Solutions team based in Sutton. In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 pa plus pension.

Their Cash Management Solutions business has expertise in cash and valuables transportation, cash processing, ATM and cash centre outsourcing, secure storage and retrieval.

Working within the Cash Solutions Continuous Improvement function, as Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the day to day management of the PMO, including maintenance of the Project Database, production of Progress Tracking Reports and ensuring adherence to the various Project Methodologies.

Your main duties will include:
- Supporting the PMO process from project inception to completion
- Liaising with project managers throughout the organisation to meet management and reporting requirements
- Building excellent relationships with the business and project stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects and measurable business and customer benefits
- Planning and producing programme level status reports that meet the requirements of various stakeholder groups across the business
- Ensuring PMO activities are delivered to meet time, budget, and customer requirements
- Driving progress against plans, taking action to ensure agreed milestones and targets are achieved, managing issues and changes, and escalating appropriately when needed
- Ensuring appropriate sign offs are received and project gate requirements are met in line with agreed business rules
- Providing input and feedback on project delivery performance and identifying where improvements can be made
- Demonstrating flexibility by performing other duties from time to time as deemed appropriate by the business
- Applying project management skills and knowledge to the tracking of projects and the reporting of status
- Identifying cross-project dependencies and risks and working with Project Managers to ensure they are understood and managed
