Position Description:
Overview: Work directly with Investment Professionals firm wide to organize and execute successful events for clients, consultants and prospects with main focus on retail business. The following key tasks are included in the role:

Position Requirements:
Due Diligence Meeting
• Support daily due diligence tasks and coordination
• Attendee list approvals, updates, maintenance
• Meeting logistics - name badges, confirmation packets, welcome kits
• Evaluation summaries and post due diligence follow-up/stats
• On-site facilitation upon necessity
Visiting Seminars/Roundtables
• Send invitations and track RSVP responses; run queries, have strong technical skills
• Schedule and negotiate contracts with venues according to PIMCO's guidelines
• Communicate with IPs and update Event Tool with responses
• Travel to venues and provide onsite coordination; professional interaction with clients
• Direct hotel or venue staff to meet PIMCO requirements for events
Conference Calls
• Work with lead IP to create invitation; work with Compliance for approvals
• Send invitations and track responses
• Schedule timeline with speakers
• Coordinate with third party vendors for conferencing and recording
• Disseminate materials
• Handle all communications with clients pre / post call
Materials and Tracking for all types of Events
• Coordinate name badges, materials and any supplies required to be shipped on time
• Prepare final attendee list and ensure that data is entered into Event Tool
• Prepare evaluation summaries and forward to appropriate IPs

Employee Events
Summer and Holiday Events
• Generate ideas
• Track RSVP responses
• Onsite coordination

Miscellaneous
• Promotional items; maintains and stocks inventory
