Project Engineer – Fuel Accessories
Our client is currently recruiting for Project Engineers to work for their Component Repair Operations department reporting directly to the site Engineering Manager. The purpose of the Project Engineer will be to create repair schemes and processes using standards, technologies and methods that deliver product excellence and robust and differentiating solutions to meet the business objectives of quality, cost and delivery.

THE CANDIDATE
Project Engineer – Fuel Accessories
Essential Skills:
· Experience working with rotating equipment either turbines or aircraft engines
· Experienced with equipment such as Fuel Systems, Fuel Nozzles and Burners
· Experienced with First Article overhaul
· Previous experience developing tools and test apparatus
· Knowledge of continuous improvement
· Review and perform Manual Change Requests for all products
Desirable Skills:
· Degree qualified
· Experience producing overhaul procedures for Gas Turbines
· Experience using Pro-Engineer or AutoCad
THE ROLE
Project Engineer – Fuel Accessories
The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing the overhaul procedures based on available technical data, re-engineering, engine operation, customer requirements and standard procedures. The role will revolve around Fuel Systems, Fuel Nozzles and Burners. Continual improvement to processes and procedures will be a large focus of the role along with the re-engineering of required replacement parts or details.
