Project Engineer Job in Atlanta 30308, Georgia Us
Project Engineer / Project Manager needed for this well established company in NW metro Atlanta. Must be Japanese / English speaking and willing to travel to and work in Mexico for site supervision for automotive manufacturing facility. Preference is to have home base in Atlanta; however flexible on location.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and taking action on project status, scope changes and escalating to senior management
- Involved with scope of work documents, design criteria, and construction documents
- Lead and coordinate material, equipment and conforming to standard set forth by the company and project budget
- Working closely with vendors and contractors for civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering and construction
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years of project engineering or project management is the US
- Previous experience managing design/build manufacturing projects of $5 - $20 million in size
- Automotive manufacturing industry experience is extremely helpful
- Must have Engineering degree (civil, mechanical or electrical) or (construction technology, construction management are alternative to engineering degree)
- Bilingual Japanese/English with preference as Japanese being 1st language
