Project Lead – Investment Banking Consultancy – Poland recruitment
As a Rule Financial Project Manager you will be involved in day to day issues, risks and deliverables management of highly visible and time sensitive projects. The Project Manager will monitor and communicate project status relative to scope, schedule, budget, and quality following the standard software development lifecycle. The Project Manager is also responsible for planning, managing and monitoring medium to large scale technology related projects. You will work closely with Senior IT management, functional leads, and business stakeholders to facilitate the successful completion of project deliverables.

However, this role will be based from our Lodz office in Poland so a desire for relocation is required, to reiterate, absolutely essential.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering complex technical projects often working across systems handling multiple asset classes
- Our Project Manager will work with third party suppliers engaged by our clients and taking a lead in managing relationships with those third parties on behalf of the client
- Supporting pre-sales effort in conjunction with sales and marketing
- Shaping proposals for solutions with subject matter experts
- Working on the architecture of a solution
- Estimating effort and timescales for the solution
- Managing mixed development teams
- Coaching and mentoring more junior staff across a number of disciplines
- Process driven
- Experience managing development projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working with high level stakeholders
- Based in Lodz
