 The Project Manager facilitates the end-to-end planning and management of large scale, complex inter-related projects and provides oversight across multiple projects.  This role has overall responsibility for shepherding the major projects through the Project Lifecycle, providing support for and engagement in all program related activities with accountability for the delivery of projects in accordance with the client’s business requirements, project budget, and established deadlines.
This position requires an experienced professional with strong business process, project management and influencing skills, and the credibility to interact at all levels of the organization creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator. The project manager will help drive the company’s global human resource business process, technology transformation, and MA integration objectives in support of overall corporate goals.

Key responsibilities include:
•Provide leadership for large scale, complex technical and/or operational engagements in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR systems implementation, and HR systems selection (as required).
•Interacting across global, regional and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and/or document processes
•Interacting and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Global Procurement, GHR COE’s  and HRBP’s) to understand current and future demands and ensure that our systems integrate with and support client initiatives.
•Serve as a change agent to the organization delivering sustainable solutions in accordance with the business strategy and objectives.
•Serve as liaison between client groups, GHR Operations, GHR HRIS, and the various IT functions, including vendor partners.
•Planning, organizing and supporting the technical and/or operational activities of cross-functional project teams.
•Overseeing project scope control and ensuring best practices are followed.
•Coordinating overall program communications, risks, and issues resolution.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or a technology related field.
•Proven experience successfully overseeing global, diverse cross-functional teams and projects.
•Strong interpersonal, influencing and program / project management skills.
•Strong relationship management, negotiation and communications skills.
•An in-depth understanding of the Project Lifecycle including hands-on experience managing phase or toll gate review processes.
•Formal Lean training and experience with value stream management tools, Kaizen methods, and other key Lean tools.
•Proven abilities in change management and leading large groups.
•Experience presenting to senior management and experience conducting ROI analysis for potential and existing projects.
•HRIS experience with PeopleSoft (v 8.8 or higher) on a global scale preferred
•Advanced level of both business and technical acumen
•Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with the design and development of functional specifications in support of rapidly changing business objectives.
•Experience with post-merger integration in the context of organizational or operational effectiveness on a global scale is a plus.
