Project Management Officer – Senior Associate/AVP recruitment
Responsibility:
- Monthly follow up of the budgets for all projects, provide Cash view + PL view.
- Monitor the progress of projects toward the milestones and the delivery dates. Monitor and report to management risks, issues and delays having potential impacts on the project deliverables.
- Manage a monthly Project Portfolio dashboard.
- Work with a vendor to implement a software solution for budgeting forecasting activity.
- Perform the coordination with internal management and Performance Management teams.
- Reconciliation of figures provided and figures provided by Performance Management systems.
Essential Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- Excellent problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge / understanding of Budget concept
- 5 years minimum experience in PMO position
- Previous experience in Banking industry would be a plus.
- Experience in multi cultural environment.
- Basic knowledge of management accounting would be an advantage
- Speaking French is a plus
