Project Manager – Decent Homes Job in Swansea, Wales UK
Leading social housing contractors specialising in social housing projects; refurbs of Kitchens and bathrooms etc, offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team in Swansea.
All projects are partnering arrangements with housing associations. Individual projects range in value from £200K to circa £15Million.
You will be running the project independently and will be required to oversee the project whilst motivating and liaising at various levels. You will have experience in Social Housing, general building and maintenance, working in both occupied and void properties. You will have at least 3 years in a similar role preferably with a leading contractor.
On offer for the successful Project Manager is a highly competitive salary up to £45,000 (dependant on experience) as well as the option of a car or car allowance, benefits and a generous bonus scheme.
