Project Manager –quantitative hedge fund – New York (reporting straight to their CEO) recruitment
The client:
The client is a multibillion highly successful fully automated quantitative fund, with over 100 employees, and offices across; Americas, Europe, and Asia. The fund applies a highly quantitative approach to investing, and active across most asset classes and geographies, with consistently profitable results since inception.
The role:
The client is a looking for a Project Manager who will assist their very “hands-on” CEO in execution of highly complex technology related projects in multiple areas, and geographies.
Requirements:
Project management background in technology area
Strong understanding of technology, and business technology
Programming experience is highly valued
Ph.D. or Master’s degree ideally from top school
Strong track record of managing multiple complex projects with success
Quick ability to learn understand new concepts required
Result oriented, efficient, and relentless mindset with desire to work in a fast paced work environment
