Project Manager Defence - . A highly respected, well established and profitable defence technology company has secured substantial new business in both the UK and worldwide market . In order to capitalise on these new opportunities, a Project Manager - Defence background is sought immediately.
Your Key Reponsibilities;
+ You will be able to Succesfully deliver mulit-million £ projects to schedule and budget.
+ Have excellent man- management skills and be able to identify areas of improvement and potential risk
+ Provide a wide range of advice and technical support to ensure that the Defence research departments can function at maximum performance.
+ Play a key part in the Bidding process for new contracts
+ You will liase with both internal and external stakeholders
Key Competencies for the role include;
+ Bid and proposal management.
+ Management of Electronic technologies including RF or digital/ or Software (ESSENTIAL)
+ Project lifecycle management.
+ Regular milestone reivews
+ Managing risk and opportunities.
APM and Prince 2 would be benficial for the role role but not essential.
This role will require full UK Security Clearance.
