Digital Account Manager for Global Initiative

Job Description:
Survey publishing leader within the hospitality and fine dinning industry seeks a talented Account Manager to help in their new global digital initiative! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a legendary Survey Publishing company, backed by a Global digital media innovator, in a extremely visible and fast paced sales support role.

The Account Manager will be working with Our Clients sales team, serving as primary contact for communication between Our Client and THE Sales Teams Customers.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B corporate sales closing deals utilizing integrated marketing solutions or in wholesale publishing sales.

Responsibilities:
Leverage direct marketing initiatives, Internet searches, cold calling, one-on-one sales and networking
Maintain and grow client relationship by proactively communicating product, industry, and campaign updates
Deep dive into campaign data at the granular level to troubleshoot, identify problems, and present solutions to the client
Provide accurate campaign and client updates to the Sales team on overall business, missed ROI opportunity, and daily campaign performance, thereby growing the teams revenue
Take ownership for specific products and industries to act as an expert for the Clients Sales team
Conduct Industry researches and analyze results, developing own conclusions

Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years sales experience
Superior communication skills
BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
B2B corporate sales or publishing wholesale experience
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Very good knowledge of the common business applications (spreadsheets and
presentations)
Solid understanding of Industry dynamics and challenges
Solid account coordinating, management, or client service experience, and experience
with development of client relationships
Proven skills in analyzing large quantities of data, making recommendations, and
offering strategic consultation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate within the
team, internal departments, and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment
Good project management and presentation skills
