Description
The job holder manages the planning, organizing and implementation of US Asset Servicing Revenue Enhancement Opportunity (REO) programs as well as other highly visible strategic programs and initiatives crossing multiple disciplines, businesses, and/or organizations. S/he is responsible for developing the key elements of the REO program including program scope, reporting, and monitoring of initiatives, incremental revenue, and related incentive compensation. The candidate will also be responsible for the coordination of management/ resources to ensure the success of related projects, and in many cases, ongoing operations and functions which are directed toward achieving REO fees. S/he works with relationship managers, client service personnel, global operations teams, and constituent Project Managers (who are responsible to the Program Manager for the execution of their project and its impact on the program) to evaluate opportunities, monitor cost, schedule, and ensure technical performance of REO initiative projects are prioritized to ensure realization of incremental revenue is achieved. S/he is responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program. In addition, candidate will be responsible for internal communications associated with the programs including branding related to the roll-out and continued marketing of the REO program. S/he facilitates Steering Committee and regular program team status meetings and all other communications. All team members within the program take direction from the Program Manager for the duration of the project. The Program Manager is accountable for the overall management and delivery of the program on behalf of business, operations, product, and IT.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years related experience required. Job holder must have extensive experience with Asset Servicing products/services, global operations/billing, managing client expectations, and communicating effectively with senior management and executive management. Prior experience managing strategic and/or cross-organizational projects, client/relationship management, and planning and tracking multiple complex projects or programs required. Must have experience coordinating work across multiple disciplines or organizations and be adept at building consensus across organizational and functional lines. Deep level experience and understanding of Relationship Management/CSO organizations and functions; client contracts/ Rate Cards/ SLA s; and client interfacing dynamics related to pricing and billing. B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience required. Advanced Degree preferred.
