Project Manager
You will have both an Investment Banking background and have a depth of both business and technology change as applied to global Market Credit risk data and systems/applications. You also will need to demonstrate strength in product knowledge terms, ideally you will have Fixed Income and/or Equities but risk systems change across a broad spectrum of IB products will be acceptable.
In general skills terms you should be able to show a successful track record incorporating:.
* Project Management experience in Investment Banking technology across all stages of the project life cycle.
* An understanding of market risk and its management calculation is highly desirable.
* End to end market credit risk data and its flows
* Risk systems and systems rationalisation
* An understanding of the current regulatory environment and/or experience working on projects with a regulatory component is highly desirable.
* Experiencing in identifying, analysing and mitigating cross-functional project risks.
* Strong teamwork; proactive, solution-oriented mind-set. Extremely strong planning, situational analysis decision making abilities.
* Ability to branch across technology/business silos in order to reach consensus and manage dependencies that enable project delivery.
* Experience working with global teams in a large organisation.
* Familiarity with project management tools and technologies such as SCRUM techniques
